Boiler and system upgrades

There comes a time when your heating system decides it’s done its time.  At such time you can call upon us to advise you on the best possible upgrade to suit your home.  We will send out a qualified gas safe registered engineer (not a sales man) to your property and they will advise you there and then of your best options, whether it be a straight forward boiler replacement, or changing your current open vented tank fed system with a hot water storage cylinder, to a condensing combination boiler where you no longer have the need for tanks in the loft and hot water storage units.  We will then provide you with a quotation for works with up to three different options starting with higher end of the market products down to the more  affordable  products depending on your budget.

Full heating installations

Whether you’re buying a new home or simply have no wet central heating system installed in your current home, we can provide the services to create the perfect system to suit your home.  Whether you require a system with 2 radiators or 22, we will advise you of your best options.  Our gas safe engineers have decades of experience and will carry out the initial survey and keep you informed along the way so you can rest assured you will have all the information to make an informed choice.

Annual boiler servicing

A high percentage of properties around the country completely forget about their boilers as long as they are performing.  Should that dreaded day arrive when your boiler brakes down and on having the problem investigated you find it’s either irreparable or very expensive to repair.  This expense could be more than halved if everyone had an annual boiler service.  Most problems can be prevented before they actually become a problem, remember prevention is better than the cure.

At Elements we can maintain your boiler on an annual basis.  What this will entail is your boiler will be cleaned out completely and all safety devices and features fully checked to ensure they are performing correctly and to the current standards.  Any problem or foreseeable problems will be noted and explained to you on the day of the service and advice given to prevent future failure if possible.

Fault diagnoses / repair services

Whether your boiler breaks down completely, you are hearing funny noises from your system or your radiators just don’t seem to be as hot as they were in the past, we will send round an expert gas safe registered engineer to diagnose the problem.   If we can, we will endeavour to have the problem rectified there and then.   In some unfortunate cases this will not always be possible, however, should this occur an accurate quote will be prepared as a matter of priority and sent to you listing parts and labour required to get your system up and running once again.  Remember small problems soon become bigger problems so we would not recommend just putting up with them.
